Motel Manager(s) - Superior, AZ

Full-time, long term Resident Property Managers at our motel.  This couple needs to have skills to complete the following responsibilities: housekeeping, maintenance, marketing, basic bookeeping, online reservation system, guest services.

This position is year round and requires hard work, long hours, and has only 16 rooms, some times motel will be full, summer will be low occupancy. However, if it's the right fit, managers will appreciate all the upsides including: living on the one bed property , interacting and providing positive experience for guests, managing your own schedule.
