Motel Manager/Maintenance Couple - Winter Haven, FL

Ideally looking for a couple who can manage the day to day activities in all areas of the hotel 1 mile from Legoland, from the hotel minimum 3 years experience working in hospitality field required including front desk, housekeeping, and maintenance.

Candidate will be alcohol and tobacco free, drug free, issue free, neat and clean and groomed and educated with abilities to perform routine office and clerical duties, including taking reservations, excellent customer service, some housekeeping and laundry, and generally tending to all aspects of appearance and function ability of this small 55 room property. Dependable and attractive, well mannered and well groomed. Did I mention dependable? Great opportunity to meet and interact with vacationing families, Good telephone skills, confident, and a hard worker, always keeping busy without supervision.
