Motel Manager (or Couple) - Phillips, WI

Experience On-site Motel Manager or couple needed for franchise motel, Northern Wisconsin location.  Duties include managing staff of 2-4 employees and maintaining high level of service and cleanliness.  Oversee daily operations, rent rooms and answer phones. Experience with computers, MS Excel and MS Word a must.   Be willing and able to lift up to 50 lbs, climb stairs, clean rooms, maintain interior and exterior of property including some lawn care in the summer.  Equipment and Tools provided.   Knowledge of general maintenance is desired. (No Pets and No smokers allowed)

Compensation includes two bedroom/office, bath, kitchen and living area.  All utilities are fully paid.   Base salary included along with bonus pay based on performance.
