MOM&POP:COUPLE NEEDED - West Palm Beach, FL

Live-in position for a couple to manage and maintain 22 unit motel in WPB, fl. Position is permanent and available immediately for the right couple. Must be able to deal w/people, able to make decisions, bilingual a + but not necessary. This is a two person job however, the spouse can have an outside part-time job. Responsibilites would include but not limited to:check in/outs, laundry, maintenance, reviewing security cameras etc. You will be provided a salary + a 1 b/r apartment w/utilities paid. This motel is in a great location downtown west palm beach 5 min to city place and clematis. 10-15 min to beaches. Experience a plus. Please email or fax  all corresponding resumes or responses.
