Seeking Assistant Management Couple, must have at 3 years property management experience as well as sales and marketing.  Duties to include but not limited to collection of rents, banking, enforcing of Rules and Regulations, evictions, computer literate, knowledge of rent manager program a plus. Must also have make ready of homes experience and have own tools. This is a hands on job.

 Position comes with salary plus housing, compensation is based on experience.
