Mobile Park Management Needed - Oceanside, CA

We are looking for a full-time, long-term management team that would enjoy working and living in the Oceanside, CA. Management must live on-site. The mobilehome park is an all age park made up of partial resident owned homes. The park is well-maintained with 80 spaces, clubhouse, pool and laundry room.

We are looking for persons with experience and knowledge of mobile home residency law.  Duties at the mobilehome park  include collecting rents, preparing deposits, managing tenant maintenance needs, maintaing the cleanliness of the park and other administrative duties.
