Mobile Home & RV Park Managers - San Juan, TX

We are currently seeking a retired couple to manage all aspects of working a small 55 + Mobile Home and RV park.

Duties include any of the following:

Office Manager:  Registration of new guest, collection of deposits and rent.  Make bank deposit, pay monthly bills, Payroll, and venders  Creating invocices, and posting payments on Campground Master.  Answering telephone, assisting with the information needed, taking reservations.

Must have experience with Campground Master and Quickbooks.

Grounds Keeping and Maintenance Manager:  Equipment maintenance and upkeep, light repairs of pluming, sewer and electrical.  Assistance with cleanng the facilities, mowing and weed eating.  Assist with the parking and hookup of new guest.  Enforcing rules and regulations.  Maintaining a safe living environment for all guest/residents.

Providing Security:  Assist in parking and hookup of new guest.  Enforcing rules and regulations.  Assist in maintaining a safe living environment for all guest/ residendts.

We prefer a long term cople.  Salary will be discussed at interview.
