Mobile Home Park Managers - Mesa, AZ

Mobile Home Park is looking for a couple for an onsite live in, long-term management position.

We are a small 108 home, 55+, no pet commumity located in sunny Mesa, Arizona.

The position offers a competitive salary, a double-wide mobile home, electric, gas and cable.

Job duties are running the office, caring for the lawn and shrubs, pool care,  and clubhouse cleaning and maintenance. 

Handyman experience is definitely a plus.

The office duties include rent collections, banking, monthly accounting, paperwork for leases and new resident home sales.
