We are an expanding real estate investment and management company specializing in acquiring and stabilizing valued added mobile home park assets. We are looking for (a) motivated candidate(s) with strong work ethic, high level of integrity, an enjoyable personality, independent judgment and initiative to implement our Mobile Home Park Management Program and manage multiple mobile home parks in Texas.
Responsibilities Include
- Implement Standard Company MHP Management Procedures
- Rent Collections/Rental Deposits
- Local Marketing/Sales
- Tenant Approval Process
- Leasing/Move-ins & Move-outs
- Water Meter Reading/Tenant Invoices
- Tenant Relations & Conflict Resolution
- Rent Enforcement & Evictions
- Monthly Inspections & Reporting
- Weekly Inspections, Reports and Enforcements
- Weekly Staff Meeting
Desired Qualifications and Experience
- Professional Appearance
- Excellent Verbal and Written Communication
- Exceptional Attention to Detail & Organizational Skills
- Experience in MS Office
- Rent Manager experience helpful but not required
- Bi-lingual Preferred
- Class C Real Estate Experience
Must have reliable transportation
