Mobile Home Park Managers (couples only) - Melbourne, FL

How about living in a beautiful Florida coastal community right across the street from the Atlantic Ocean?    Our family-owned business has a current opening for an experienced on-site manager couple for this 72-unit mixed-use mobile home property.  

We require that you both have verifiable recent experience as either mobile home park managers or assistant managers; apartment managers; extended stay motel managers or have similar property management experience.   The wife will have good customer service and office skills and the husband must have a strong maintenance background including own tools.   Ours is an older property in need of some work and quality management.   The pay is up to $52,800 take home plus monthly bonuses; a free 2-bedroom, 2-bath remodeld mobile home to live in including all utilities and vacations including paid for timeshare resorts worldwide.   This is a full-time, permanent position.
