Mobile Home Park Manager/Maintenance Supervisor - MONROE, GA

Established 100 lot mobile home park in Walton County Georgia is looking for a responsible, experienced couple to manage our park. During spring and summer months it would be closer to full time work, and part time commitment during fall and winter months when there isn't as much to do. Responsibilities would include: 

- Working with owner to ensure rent payments are made each month by residents (rents are collected by a third party)

- Ensure maintenance requests are taken care of in a timely manner. 

- Monitor expenses for maintenance. 

- Perform maintenance as skils and time allows, and oversee hired contractors to handle other maintenance. 

Pay will be in line with experience, and possibilty of free housing will be available. 

We are looking to fill the position immediately.
