Seeking a retired husband/wife team looking for a permanent home and supplementary retirement income to help with management/property maintenance at a mobile home park in New Mexico. Experience in property management a plus but training possible.
Need driven, honest, competent and friendly people. Requirements: -Computer proficiency,. -Collecting processing rent. -Enforcing park rules -Overseeing park and maintenance. -Processing new tenants. -Assisting owner in identifying prospects. -Maintain and keep clean all grounds. -Enforce park standards. l. -Some plumbing, electrical experience. -Handling occasional pay or quit/evictions. Job is part time 5 days a week 10-3 office hours. Compensation: Space rental, Large home, $1200/ mo salary, some utilities.
