Mobile Home Park Manager - Melbourne, FL

This is a COUPLES ONLY position with the wife having substantial property management office and leasing experience with excellent people skills.   The husband will be in charge of a small maintenance staff.  This job REQUIRES that the husband have strong residential remodeling hands-on experience.   He must have his own tools.   We ask that the desired coupe have previous mobile home park or RV park management experience; apartment management experience; extended stay motel management experience or overseeing a portfolio of rented homes.   This is a full-time, permanent management position with a family-owned company.   We pay $52,800 take home as well as provide a beautiful, remodeled 2-bedroom, 2-bath mobile home along with all utilities paid.   We also provide other benefits including a unique vacation package that you'll love!
