Seeking Mobile Home Park Manager or Management Team to live on-site and oversee our 55+ Mobile Home Park. This team will divide duties between office and maintenance to guarantee successful operations. We are looking to employ long-term employees with strong work ethics and a positive attitude.
Duties include but are not limited to:
· Collection of monthly assessments, rental fees, and deposits in a timely manner.
· Approve accounts payables incurred on operating expenses and coordinate payments with the accounting office.
· Manage and oversee operations, maintenance, administration, and improvement of properties.
· Plan, schedule, and coordinate general maintenance for property.
· Administer contracts for provision of property services such as cleaning, maintenance, and security services.
· Prepare budget for property expenses
· Inspect grounds, facilities, and equipment routinely to determine necessity of repairs or maintenance.
· Purchase building and maintenance supplies, equipment, or furniture.
· Investigate complaints, disturbances and violations and resolve problems following management rules and regulations.
