Mobile Home Park Manager - Colton, CA

We are looking to place a manager for a smaller 37 space mobile home park in Colton California. The job would include a small salary of 750 per month, an actual house as the managers quarters, and all utilities. The job duties would include showing spaces and units for sale, answering phone calls, running credit and background checks on potential tennants. Light general keep up of the property is also required.
