Mobile Home Park Management Team Needed - Muncie, IN

We are looking for a management team to take over our 250 site mobile home community in Muncie Indiana. We need self starters who can handle many different tasks.

Double wide housing will be provided, free rent and utilities. Starting salary is negotiabe and based upon experience.

We want a maintenance person who can manage a maintenance crew and has knowledge of handling landscaping, water line breaks, general maintenance issues, equipment maintenance and repair, home repairs, etc.

The office work consists of collecting rents, making deposits, rent roll work using App Folio, daily property inspections and rule enforcement, handling complaints and home sales.
