MOBILE HOME PARK MANAGEMENT OPPORTUNITY: ODESSA, TX

We are a fast-growing Mobile Home Park investment company looking for an exceptional couple to manage a 180+ space family mobile home park with pool/clubhouse on 25+ acres (all city services - no well/septic) in Odessa, Texas. 

The park is ~95% full, and we are in the process of bringing in new Clayton Homes to fill the remaining vacancies. 

Housing demand in Odessa is exceptionally high due to high job growth in the oil industry, which is going through a resurgence due to hydraulic fracturing technology. 

We are fully committed to operating a clean, safe, affordable community for our residents. 

The ideal applicant would be a couple with strong mobile home park management experience. Following the model in our other parks, one member would be a personable, articulate, computer-literate management professional who would handle collections, home sales/leases, resident relations, records keeping / reporting (using online management software), and very strict enforcement of park rules; the other would be a hardworking, hands-on maintenance professional who would cut grass (on park-owned sit-down mower), work on park beautification, minor tree trimming, solving any problems with utilities systems (carefully managing professional plumbers/electricians when necessary), and overseeing pool rehabilitation (already budgeted) and ongoing pool maintenance in the summer months.
