MOBILE HOME PARK MANAGEMENT OPPORTUNITY - Baytown, TX
We are a fast-growing Mobile Home Park family business looking for an exceptional couple to manage a 100+ space park in Baytown. The park is on city water and city sewer (no well/septic). Housing will be provided on-site.
The ideal candidate will be a team that splits responsibilities between office management and maintenance. The office manager will be responsible for collections, reporting (using RentManager software - we can train you), and filling the remaining ~40 vacant pads. The maintenance manager must have experience with plumbing, electrical, and mobile home renovation as we have several park-owned homes that need to some work. Other maintenance responsibilities include some repaving, some maintenance of the several park-owned homes, and general upkeep of the park.
