Seeking on-site management team for a Mobile Home Park in Ocala, Florida. Applicants should only apply if they are professional, well organized, possess great communication skills and have a background in general construction and repair. We are looking for a management team that can be hands on with office operations as well as park maintenance/remodels.
The following skills will be necessary to perform your daily duties.
-Property management experience (Mobile home park management experience a plus)
-Plumbing experience -Mobile Home Remodels -General Contractor Experience a plus
-Proficiency in Microsoft Word, fax, scanning, email -Good understanding of computers and the internet
-Excellent verbal and written communication skills
-Enforcement of community rules and regulations
-Ensure cleanliness of all common spaces and facilities
-Meet with prospective residents/show homes & handle application process
-Manage Tenant Relations
-Rent Collections
-On call for after hours emergencies (sewer backups/water leaks)
-Prepared to live on site in community
Candidate must be able to manage multiple projects, ability to effectively communicate with residents, supervisor and the park owner. Must have excellent computer and administrative skills. Able to work independently as well as in a team environment. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail is required. Must be punctual, dependable and trustworthy.
