86 space mobile home park(includes 18 long term RV spaces) with pool, spa and laundry room. Master metered gas and electric, paved, gutters, fenced.  Need one person to run office, keep CA. Residency Laws, billing, contracts and notices up to date. Need another person to do maint:  we have nice lawns, trees, night lighting etc and grounds to maintain (including meters, pipes). Job includes nice big two bedroom two bath doublewide home with double carport, utilities, phone, & internet all included plus salary.
