Seeking self-motivated working couple to manage 85 space Mobile Home Park in beautiful North Bend WA  

Office Administration:

• Answer phones
• Rent collection
• Late notices
• Oversee tenant compliance with rules & regulations and administer notices to comply
• Other office duties as required.
• Excellent customer service skills

Maintenance:

• General property maintenance
• Blow streets
• Maintain property septic & water systems
• Water sampling
• Grounds maintenance
• Ability to work outside in all weather

 Must pass a credit and background check.

This is a long term position for both people with housing included
