Mobile Home Management Couple for 4 Star, 55+ Community - Apple Valley, CA

Seeking a manager couple for a 4 star, 55+, 179 Sp mobile ho me community in Apple Valley, CA. Gated, all doublewide groundset homes. Skills required for office would be MS Office, Rent Collections, Notices, Evictions, General Office Knowledge, and excellent customer relation skills. Skills needed for outside would be general maintenance, light electrical and plumbing skills, meter reading, pool maintenance and landscaping.

Work hours are 30 hrs/week, M-F 9-4 with an hour for lunch. Previous MH park management or similar experience is a plus. Salary is commensurate with experience. Start date would be September. Benefits include salary $3,000-$3500 DOQ, doublewide home, and utilities.
