Mobile home community management team - Washington

We are looking for a couple to join our team as onsite managers. This opening is for a couple that has skills in both management and maintenance. Office scope of work is: collection of rents, compliance notices, renting of spaces, day to day phones. Maintenance scope: taking care of park grounds such as lawns, hedges, planting beds. To assist in other park maintenance like fence repair, community building upkeep and day to day projects to continue park upkeep. Job includes a residence with utilities paid and pay depending on experience.
