Mobile Home and RV Park Managers Wanted - Hermiston, OR

Year-round management/maintenance couple for 89 space Mobile Home/RV Park In Hermiston Oregon. 

We have recently acquired this Mobile Home/RV park and are looking for a long term management couple for day to day operations and who are excited about taking a good property and making it great.  The property is in beautiful Hermiston and is located next to the Columbia River. 

Maintenance duties will include maintenance of grounds, electrical, water/plumbing, septic systems, meter reading and the like. 

Management duties will include reservation management, check in/out, processing site revenue & electrical billing. 

Must have hands on knowledge and understanding of electrical, plumbing, and grounds maintenance.

Proficiency with computer including Microsoft Office, emailing and scanning.  Experience with campground/hospitality software preferred. 

Includes Full Hookup/living accommodations. Salary commensurate with experience.
