Mobile Home and RV Park Manager Wanted - Cheyenne, WY

Our listing is suitable for a couple willing to live onsite in a provided home.  Located in Cheyenne, this is a great place to work as it is centrally located.  Job duties include depositing rent, maintaining various logs, filling rental vacancies, scheduling RV residents, filling Mobile Home Vacancies, dealing with various suppliers, owners, and the home office. 

Couple will be responsible for maintenance of onsite ammenties and all other park maintenance.  Location includes tools, garage, sheds, work truck, work phones and house for onsite living.  Applicant must have great computer skills, make sure the residents are following all park rules and constantly maintaining property in the best condition possible.  Mobile homes will be required to be remodeled as well after a vacancy.  Some outside contracting services are available for support.  The owner is currently planning to bring in new homes which will require coordinating with the county for permits and peparing lots for the new homes.
