Looking for an experienced management/maintenance team to manage a manufactured home community in Vancouver,WA. Position requires previous manufactured housing community experience or apartment management/maintenance experience.
Job duties for management aspect include: - experience in a general office with strong communication skills, a customer-service attitude, and attention to detail - computer skills - collecting rents and making deposits - processing monthly reports - enforcing rules and regulations and issuing rule violation notices - screening prospective residents - processing new resident paperwork - handling resident relations and evictions
Community maintenance requires: - grounds upkeep, including mowing - follow through with maintenance projects - equipment operation and ability to operate and maintain riding mowers and other small equipment - troubleshooting minor plumbing and electrical issues helpful - ability to supervise contractors
The team must have the ability to deal with resident problems and prospective residents in a professional manner, handle after hours emergencies, be organized and able to prioritize projects, and listen and follow directions from supervisors.
