MH Park Manager Couple - Binghamton, NY

We are looking for a couple to live on site and manage our mobile home community. This is a fun but challenging job... no two days will be the same. Responsibilities include: ensuring the park is well maintained; collecting rent and making bank deposits; entering rent collections into our computer software; taking tenants to court; lease preparations; maintaining tenant files; rehabbing used homes; selling new and used homes; general property maintenance; tenant relations; and hiring and working with outside contractors. You must be organized, an independent worker, friendly and courteous yet capable of being firm. Responsible and honest are additional (obvious) characteristics. We will run a background check and ask you to pass a drug test. Compensation package will be based on experience and will include housing, salary and commission on home sales.
