Mature Couple to Manage 26-room Motel - Kellogg, ID

We are looking for a mature couple to manage a 26-room motel catering mostly to local, regional and international travelers to Kellogg, Idaho. Prefer if one partner can do maintenance. Motel operates all year round and is a few blocks from the Silver Mountain Resort and near many attractions such as ther longest single-cabin gondola ride in the world, hiking and biking trails, Silver Mountain Ski Areas, Coeur d'Alene National Forest, Montana border and Look Out Pass Ski Area, and many other sporting and entertainment activities.

Prior inn-keeping experience preferred but not required, however must have excellent customer service skills.  $800/month salary plus 1 bedroom, 1 bath living quarters provided as well as all utilities.  Responsibilities include experience with online reservations, computer skills, guest check in/out, front desk service, reservation management, overseeing small housekeeping staff, and some laundry duties. Extra pay for some maintenance work beyond basics. We will do background and criminal check for any serious candidate.
