Manufactured Housing Community Management Team Opportunity - Bay Point, CA

Active all age manufactured housing community needs a Management Team! Updated on-site housing and competitive salary dependent on experience. Relocation assistance available.

* General office skills, computer savvy, personable, and professional management style needed. Training is provided for the right candidates. Current managers will be available to train.

* Oversee Maintenance, Landscaping & Pool vendors with maintenance duties that require lifting, climbing ladders, repairs etc. Irrigation experience preferred.

* Excellent Customer Service Skills Required for both members of the team.

* CA Driver's License required at time of hiring.
