Manufactured Home Park Managers - Cleveland, TN

We are looking for a couple to manage our 77 space Manufactured Home park in Cleveland, Tennessee.  The position would include, collecting rents, making deposits, making sure the residents are maintaning their homes and following the rules, monthly paperwork, keeping the property maintained and removing trash once a week for residents, as well as daily communication with the main office.

Housing is an option, in a small mobile home where the office is located.
