Manufactured Home Park Managers - Clackamas, OR

Experienced Management team for a 270+ manufactured home community with RV storage lot.  Candidates must have a strong level of computer competence, ability to design and write formal notices and general correspondence. Beautiful community on  small lake, no pool, no clubhouse, no dogs (except ADA). Park is in excellent condition; we are not looking for anyone to help us fix or clean up.  Park grounds, streets and lighting are in excellent condition.  Community is well equipped with vehicles and equipment. All homeowners are on leases.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to; Office: handles all general business, collects rents and payments and enters into accounting program, utilitly billing,  screening potential purchaser, move-in paperwork, lease renewals,  banking, rule enforcement, notices and correspondence.  Maintenance: mowing/fertlizing, four-sided home inspections and resale compliance inspections (with write ups and photos), drive the park daily, and rule enforcement.  The couple should be able to support each other.  

Housing is very nice, 2 bedrooms, 1 1/2 bath, sunroom, fireplace, nice kitchen, extra room for ?, one car garage.
