Job Description
The owners are seeking a full-time innkeeping couple to manage New England Country Inn. Adair Country Inn & Restaurant is a nine room inn located on 200 acres wooded land in the White Mountains of New Hampshire with a full time fine dining restaurant.
Job Requirement:
A background in Inn-keeping, hospitality is required and candidates must be motivated to work independently. This position requires six day work week, live on-site year round, manage inn and restaurant operations between 630am till closing. No pets or smoking allowed.
Skills/experiences;
Excellent guest service skills, eye for detail, team build and management, room reservations, bookkeeping software, marketing including social media and website management, maintain high standards for housekeeping, maintenance and grounds, breakfast service including preparing and serving, food & beverage knowledge preferable.
Compensation:
Apartment with paid utilities, annual salary based on experience paid bi-weekly, 4 week paid vacation to be taken in November and April (2 weeks each), performance based bonus. Available April 2013. Please visit our website.
