Experienced On Site managers with at least 2 years of recent experience managing mobile home parks, apartments or hotel/motels. You must have a strong work ethic, leadership and organizational skills, good communication and tenant relation skills, and be a self starter with the ability to work as an INDEPENDENT CONTRACTOR with minimal supervision.
Your Job Duties and responsibilities include:
* Collect and deposit rents and security deposits, post payments, and prepare monthly rent roll reports.
* Process rental applications, and prepare and conduct lease signings, and maintain resident tenant files.
* Prepare and deliver tenant notices, and appear in court on the owner's behalf for evictions.
* Investigate and resolve tenant's complaints.
* Monitor property for safety, cleanliness, and rule enforcement.
* Manage and maintain community safety by enforcing Park rules and occupancy policies.
* Perform light handyman and maintenance/landscape duties.
* Must be computer literate in MS Excel and Word or property management software.
* Must have a mobile phone and hi speed internet service.
* Must pass a background/credit check and drug test.
* Bi lingual English/Spanish a real plus.
