Managers - Malawi, East Africa

We own and run a small hotel in wonderful Malawi in East Africa. It is a mid-range hotel set on a perfect beach.

We are looking for a couple to help run the lodge with us and run it alone for some periods.

Now...this is a training position. We provide food, accommodation, internet and training. A profit-share is available when running the hotel alone.

So, is this for you? Are you energetic, fast learners, with people skills and an aptitude to carry out maintenance and emergency repairs? Hospitality experience is useful but not essential. You will need to be self-sufficient, as the hotel is in a remote location.
