Looking for a team of two to live on property and manage daily operations.  Answer phones, make reservations, greet customers, register guests, reconcile daily balance sheets, answer faxes & e-mails, send reservation confirmations, quote rates, handle customer complaints or issues, light maintenance including grounds keeping and minor repairs, property inspections, supply inventory, setup and break down continental breakfast, oversee housekeeping, and light laundry functions.  Salary based on experience. Job includes a one bedroom apartment with full kitchen. 

Ability To: Provide friendly customer service a must, problem solve, work in a team environment with housekeepers, operate computers, telephone system, credit card machine, and fax machine.
