Managers for Family RV Park - Penticton , BC

RV Park is looking for a semi retired mature couple with previous experience in RV Park management and maintenance.  This position is for a couple to attend to all operations of the RV Park.  This position is full time with managers living onsite in a 2400 sq foot - 2 bedroom residence.  This is a contract position to start immediately.

The daily duties include guest check in, making reservations (all office management - answering phons and emails, computerized reservation system).  Site check out, general grounds maintenance, lawn mowing, property maintenance and housekeeping duties. (cleaning laundry an washrooms).  The position requires computer skills, people skills as well as handyman skills.  Must be bondable and physically fit.  The ability to resolve conflicts in a friendly manner and ensure policies are adhered to is a must.  Being comfortable with email is necessary as most reservations are received via email and all confirmations are sent via email.  No dogs please.
