Manager/Maintenance/Food Service - Mexico, MO

Hello: We own a bar/restaurant in a small town. I'm a pastry chef my husband is a chef so we just don't sell bar food. We R looking for a couple/person to give us a hand.

My Husband is going in for a series of surgeries & I can't run it by myself. I need some1 to cook food serve drinks & do all that is related to the bar/restaurant. I would hope if we got a couple there would be 1 person who has some general maintenance ability. We r in a building that is over 100 years old. we have a large apartment upstairs that we live in it could be suitable for 4 or so people. We have 3 small dogs so u would have to be a dog person. We need people who R honest,trustworthy & very dependable!!! As it is a bar there can B NO felonies!!! We understand people have issues in life.

We R smokers & the bar allows smoking.. We R open 5 days a week from 11 am till as late as 2am.. so in a nut shell we R looking for some1 or some1's to B a part of our small family this town has 500 people so u must enjoy the outdoors. the big city would B saint Louis 1 hour away or Columbia 1 hour a way.. We have a boat & live 20 min. from Mark Twain lake.   We R the ONLY bar/rest. in town!! luxuries such as wal-mar/Mc donalds R 20min. away LOL.
