Manager Destination B & B - Loreto Mexico (Baja California), ME

We are looking for a hardworking, honest couple with excellent interpersonal and organizational skills to assume the management of our upscale property located 20 miles south of Loreto B.C.S. Mexico. The estate is in a secluded location, which is accessible by partial dirt road and boat. This full time / year round position requires the dedication and motivation to create an idyllic experience for our guests while balancing the needs of the property and the owners visions for further expansion.

You must have a strong desire to build relationships within our small community of employees and be able to manage them efficiently. Job duties include but are not limited to guest services, housekeeping, grounds work, employee management (approx. 3-6 part time), property maintenance and security. The property is 100% off the grid, running off of generator and solar. Water is sourced from a well and held in underground tanks. This is a HANDS-ON JOB.
