Manager Couple for Small Motel - Eureka Springs, AR
Seeking experienced Manager Couple with a passion for the hospitality industry to lead their team at a 36 room economy motel with pool in Eureka Springs, AR.
The Couple will be highly driven, ethical professionals with an entrepreneurial spirit to drive the success of the property and will be responsible for managing all facets of the motel to ensure efficient and profitable operation.
This is a full time salaried position. Compensation package includes competitive base pay, on-site accommodation and generous bonus plan. A couple with motel management and maintenance experience is preferred.
The ideal applicants will have outstanding people skills, be self motivated, have sound judgment, have a basic working knowledge of computers, able to independently manage the business and property with established goals and be physically fit.
Knowledge of accounting is a must and ability to plan the work and work with budgets.
Minimum qualification required high school graduate with hotel management experience.
