Manager Couple for Destination Fishing Resort - Caribou, BC - Quesnel Lake, BC

Small destination fishing resort on Quesnel Lake is seeking highly motivated and experienced couple to take over all responsibilities of entire resort which includes business strategy, some accounting, marketing, employee relations as well as hands on maintenance and day-to-day operations of the resort. We realize the management team is instrumental in the overall success of the resort, so they must have excellent team building skills and be able to communicate key information effectively to staff and owners. Our resort has individual cabins as well as a campground, marina, restaurant and hot tub. Managers must be able and willing to work long hours, especially during the summer months, be computer literate and handle stress well.

Job Requirements

Qualifications: 

• The individuals must have previous tourism front desk experience and be willing and able to take charge of all the resort day to day activities and maintenance work.
• Maintenance experience and ability is definitely required.
• Public relations experience including answering inquiries, networking and attending community meetings, encouraging TripAdvisor reviews
• Strong computer skills
• Must be fluent in English
