Management Team for Beautiful Lakeside Hotel in Lake Atitlan - Santa Cruz La Laguna, Solola Guatemala

We are looking for a fun and experienced management team run our hostel/hotel in Lake Atitlan Guatemala. La Iguana Perdida has been operating for 17 years and has a reputation as a home away from home. It's not uncommon for people to come for one night and stay for a week or more. Responsibilities include the day to day running of the hotel, managing our volunteer staff as well as local staff, management of reservations, cash handling, general administration work, menu planning, and giving travel advice. 

Housing and meals provided in addition to cheap drinks and a salary. 

Spanish language skills are a must as while we primarily deal with an international and largely English speaking clientele, we do have Spanish speaking guests and staff.

Commitment of 6 months minimum, but open to extension.
