Management Couple - Wickenburg, AZ

Need experienced management couple for our 55+ mobile home and RV park in Wickenburg Arizona.  Must present a professional appearance and be customer service oriented. 

Office skills required: collecting rent payments, maintain tenant and administrative files in accordance with current laws and corporate requirements (will train), prepare reports required by corporate office and other basic office skills.  Maintenance skills required:  basic electrical and plumbing experience, maintain bathroom, shower, clubhouse and the parks grounds to include weed control, tree trimming.   

This is a year-round, on-site, position and compensation is: FHU site (W, S, E,), TV, Wi-Fi, and salary.
