Management Couple for Self-Storage Facility - Tri-Cities WA

A bilingual couple (English/Spanish) needed to manage the daily operation of a privately owned self-storage facility located in the Tri-Cities area.

The job requires approximately 44 hours per week office and 15 hours per week maintenance.  

Self-storage experience is not required. Must be comfortable with computer operation. Familiar with accounting and bookkeeping principles. Must be in good physical condition since some job tasks do involve physical labor. Serious about providing outstanding customer service.

This job is not currently a resident manager position but could transition into being one in the future.

The owner is looking to fill this position immediately.
