Management couple for retreat centre

ALAYA RETREAT CENTRE IS LOOKING FOR A MANAGEMENT COUPLE

We are looking for a management couple to take over the daily management of our successful retreat centre.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

coordinating and executing work related to the management of a retreatcentre

receiving groups and managing logistics and service involved

coordinating work of all personnel (cleaning/maintenance and garden personnel and kitchen)

managing the reservation process

do the admin involved

do checkins and checkouts

keeping track of planning and reservations

stock keeping

executing admin tasks like keeping track of expenses, making and filing invoices

actively promoting new activities and services

ability to coordinate a small team of 6 to 8 motivated workers

REQUIREMENTS:

high level of both spanish and engish (catalan would be convenient) orally as well as in writing

2 to 5 years experience in the tourism sector

commercial experience promoting retreat centre activities and tourism on social media

knowledge of working with reservation systems

knowledge of excell

flexible attitude

willingness to work long days when needed

problem solving capabilities

teamworker

yoga teaching certificate would be a pre.
