Management Couple for Privately Owned Independent Retirement Community - Beaverton, OR

The successful candidate couple must consist of two qualified candidates who have a passion for working with seniors. Also, a proven customer service background and strong management/supervisory experience is necessary to assist in the management of the day-to-day operations of our retirement community. We require that you live onsite. Couple must have the ability to work as a team with our departments heads, demonstrated ability to communicate effectively in English, both verbally and in writing with residents and staff. Previous retirement community experience preferred but not mandatory. Also will require one of the couple to have or obtain a CDL license to drive resident bus.

Schedule: Couples work 4 days per week including being on call nights; 3 consecutive days off.

Our managers will work hand in hand with the Operations director as a team to insure that we have happy, cared-for residents. 

Some of the duties: Office duties, phone, helping residents with requests. Possible light accounting, payroll, correspondence, marketing, doing tours, knowing the benefits of living in a community. Driving residents to Dr. appointments, light maintenance, Supervisory for 1 or more departments
