Management Couple - Phoenix area, AZ

Arizona – Need experienced management couple for our 55+ RV Resort located in the Phoenix area.  Management experience required:  previous experience managing a 100+ RV Resort with a mix of Park Model sites, short-and long-term RV sites and daily RV sites, present professional appearance be very customer service oriented, computerized reservation system, proficient in Office, Word, Excel, sales experience helpful, willingness to help “Grow” the Resort, ability to analyze plumbing and electrical problems, insure the property and all facilities are maintained to meet expectations of a resort, supervise other employees. 

Office skills required:  receive and accurately record reservations, maintain administrative and tenant files in accordance with current laws and corporate requirements (will train), prepare and submit reports required by the Corporate Office. 

This is a year-round, on-site, position with compensation of: Park model home, W, S, E, TB, Wi-Fi and salary based on experience.
