Management Couple needed for 55+ Manufactured Home Community - West Central Florida - Dade City, FL

A unique 55+ Manufactured Housing Community located in the Northern Tampa Bay Area of Florida is looking fora mature management couple. The team will be responsible for all aspects of the day to day operations of thecommunity in an efficient, professional and profitable manner in order to achieve goals in resident satisfaction, occupancy and community appearance. Must have prior residential property management experience to include rent collection, sales success, rule enforcement, resident relations, organizational and communication skills, along with maintenance experience, reliable transportation & tools. (Computer skills, social media, water and wastewater treatment experience are a plus.) Great opportunity in a lively community with 250+/- home sites fully occupied.

This is a live in, on site position.

Base compensation is based on experience. Compensation includes base salary + sales commissions and allowances for housing, water, sewer & trash.
