Management couple for 55+ gated mobile home Community - Tucson, AZ

Seeking an onsite working management couple to oversee a small gated 55+ mobile home community in Tucson Arizona. 

This is a dream job in an established well run office in a well maintained community with only 100 home sites. 

Housing and utilities with a $1,500.00 salary (to start) is provided for the right couple. We are looking for a couple with management and handyman experience. One person to oversee the office duties which include; Rent collection, interacting with residents in a friendly manner, taking phone calls M-F. Flexible office hours are available. 

The other person would be expected to concentrate on the outdoor responsibilities and must be someone who doesn’t mind getting their hands dirty. Such duties would include; maintaining the desert landscaping, community upkeep on the common areas and daily pool maintenance. 

The job itself is easy. We are seeking a friendly, personable couple onsite to interact with residents and to be a visual presence in the community. As long as the job is getting done, you can pretty much dictate your own hours. (Barring any emergencies)

This is a family owned business with communities in Arizona and California. We are looking for someone with a can do attitude and team spirit.
