Manage a cute 22 unit family motel with a 15 unit RV park in scenic, historic Lava Hot Springs.  Enjoy interacting with customers from all over.  Enjoy a river that runs next to your window.  Lava is a community with lots of family reunions in the summer and warm hot springs for the winter.

  Job responsibilities include customer service, maintain curb appeal of property, maintenance upkeep of the rooms if desired.  Monthly salary is offered and negotiable with extra pay for motel performance and maintenance upkeep.  A managers living quarters is provided along with rent and utilities.  Good customer service is a must.  Looking for a two person team.  Salary of $1,500.00 total per month with extra pay for performance and maintenance could easily increase to $2,000 or more a month.
