  • Basic Vegetable Garden
• Animals
  • Chickens
  • Goats/Sheep (sometimes)
  • Dog
  • Multiple Cats
  • Small fish Pond

Looking for a coujple willing to handle all aspects of yard care and AirBnb as well. 

The property is organic, and Hawaii, so everything grows well and fast!! Mowing, weed eating and trimming of trees/bushes are the primary time consumers each week. Daily animal care is simple and straightforward. There are also property projects at times as well as need for general maintenance. Basic electrical, plumbing, building, equipment skills are necessary. 20hrs a week is expected and will keep the property in great shape with reasonable effort. 

Manaing the AirBnb requires managin online reservation requests, great communication skills and greating guests. In addition, prepping the house for arrival and complete cleaning upon departures. AriBnb is targeted at 5 night minumum stay so this is roughly a weekly duty. The house is 3 bedrooms, 2.5 bath and only about 1300 square feet.

A completely seperate and priavate Ohana is provided for your living quarters. It is essentially a 1 bedroom/Bath in a semi studio setup. The primary room is about 150 sq feet and bedroom and living room. There is indoor toilet and outdoor shower. A covered lanai (patio) has seating area and stove, fridge, counter top area, cabinets, etc. Water, Electric and Internet as well.

• Reasonable outdoor fitness, this is outdoor work :)
